Help LUC students with their energy bills

Current LUC residents are facing an €80 euro per month increase in their utility bills from January onwards due to the rising energy prices.

For many students, this will be very difficult to manage. They do not qualify for government support because they have a shared energy bill and they are under 21 years old. Some have no financial buffers, and will not be able to eat three meals a day anymore, or will have to skip classes in order to work more hours on the side.

LUC staff and students collectively started a crowdfunding campaign to help those residents who are affected most. They aim to help as many students as we can with 40 Euro/month for the duration of 7 months initially. The college is calling on all alumni to support this, and spread the word!
