Hubs

Amid our international ambitions in a globalizing world, LUC wants to embrace its alumni, and help them find and connect to one another, wherever they might be. To facilitate this, a system of international LUC alumni hubs has been set up.

These hubs are points of communication, social cohesion, and networking, separately coordinated by designated LUC alumni.

Locations

We currently have hubs in the following locations:

  • The Hague (coordinated by Reinout Huizer)
  • Brussels (coordinated by Martin Fox)
  • Geneva (coordinated by Noemi Noveck)
  • Berlin (coordinated by Kendra Dieckmann-Omere)
  • London (coordinated by Kelsey Bischot)
  • Paris (coordinated by Juliana Rademaker)
  • U.S. East Coast (coordinated by Christine Nikander)

This is a preliminary selection of hubs based on alumni engagement of previous years. Should you be in another location with multiple alumni that are eager to reconnect, please reach out to Christine Nikander, our Hubs Coordinator, who will help get you up to speed and connect with the other alumni

Join a hub

We warmly welcome you to join one of our hubs! Currently, WhatsApp groups for each of our hubs are in place. These serve as main platforms of communication and they are used to coordinate local events.

The links to access the current hub groups are listed in our Facebook and LinkedIn communities to ensure (cyber-)safety. You will find the links pinned to the top of the group pages.

If you do not have access to our groups, feel free to reach out to us by e-mail and we will be happy to provide you with the details!

Joining hub events

If you are planning to join a hub event, we strongly recommend joining the local hub’s WhatsApp group before the event. As a member of the WhatsApp group, you will able to stay fully up-to-date on any last-minute changes to the event or its venue. Plus, to make things extra gezellig, you can also use the group as a potential way to find fellow alumni to commute to the venue together with!
